Join Our Rookie Flag Football League – Where Fun Meets Competition!
Looking for a new way to stay active, challenge yourself, and have a blast with friends? Our Social Flag Football League is the perfect place to experience the excitement of flag football in a fun, inclusive, and beginner-friendly setting.
Our leagues take place on the 4G pitches in UCD, and run for 9 weeks. You'll get assigned a kick-off time every week, and join a team for a weekly game. At first we'll focus on getting everyone up to speed.
Flag football is played 5-a-side and involves a lot of running. We're playing single-sex flag football, as we feel it's the best environment to let everyone thrive.
To enter a team, you should have 12-14 players interested and committed, as the game involves a lot of running and has unlimited interchange/subbing.
Whether you're an experienced athlete or completely new to the game, this league welcomes all skill levels—so don’t worry if many of your team mates have never played before!

Learn as you go! The first few weeks will help you get up to speed with the rules of the game, essential skills, and gameplay strategies to ensure everyone enjoys the experience.

All equipment provided—just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

Each match consists of two 20-minute halves, with built-in breaks at halftime, time-outs, and potential overtimefor those nail-biting finishes!

Games kick off from 18:45 onwards, with matches running throughout the evening.
